Title: SFDC Project
Manager
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Duration: 4 months – possibility of extension
Job Description:
The candidate should be familiar with project management
methodology. The candidate also has to have SFDC experience.

Work with various business units and Product
Owners to establish a sound business case for each of the projects. Participate
in the definition of the requirements and creation of the solutions.

Define project scope and deliverables working
across business and IT organizations, including project estimation, definition,
resource estimation, budget and spend management, and scheduling.
·
Manage projects/initiatives through their entire
lifecycle
·
Estimate resource requirements, project
activities, and dependencies
·
Create detailed project plans using industry
standard methodologies
·
Coordinate activities and manage dependencies
across various functional teams to support a highly collaborative work
environment.
·
Manage prioritization decisions and change
requests throughout the life of the project
·
Communicate key risks and issues to management
and sponsors at all levels of the organization, and complete risk planning
activities to mitigate and/or eliminate them.
·
Establish alliances with other departments and
organizations
·
Manage day-to-day project activities and related
meetings
·
Capture and report project status and ensure the
project management information systems are maintained with accurate and current
information
·
Deliver assigned projects on time, on scope, and
on budget
·
Outstanding written and verbal communications
skills.
